Based in the Tel-Aviv office, Moran helps manage compliance, onboarding, finance, legal operations, exits, and other ongoing fund-finance and legal-related matters.
Before joining Hanaco, Moran was the legal counsel at Gemini Israel Ventures and was responsible for all legal aspects, including investments and exit processes, fund formation, corporate governance, and other fund-related legal issues.
Moran holds an LL.B (specializing in International Business Law) and B.A. in Business Administration, both from the Interdisciplinary Center.
Moran, her spouse, and two children live in Tel Aviv, Israel.
