Michael Lvovsky

Controller

Michael Lvovsky, Controller of the Fund. Michael is based in the Tel-Aviv office and is responsible for managing all the Fund’s accounting and tax aspects, including preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements, tax returns, ad-hoc investor reports, and handling ongoing financial matters.

Before joining Hanaco, Michael practiced law at the commercial department of Naschitz Brandes Amir law firm, performed due diligence services, consulted in M&A transactions, and advised on various commercial matters.
Michael also functioned as an auditor for venture capital funds at Ernst and Young (E&Y). In his last position at E&Y, Michael served as an international tax manager, consulting on tax-efficient corporate structures and financing models, corporate restructurings, tax due diligence, IPO readiness, and business combinations with SPAC.

Michael is a lawyer and a CPA (Isr.) and holds an LL.B in law and B.A in Business Administration (majoring in accounting) from the College of Management.

Michael lives in Tel Aviv, Israel, with his wife and son.
