Dafna is an Executive Assistant at Hanaco Ventures, where she oversees day-to-day operations in the Herzliya office. Before joining Hanaco, Dafna was the Operations Manager at Ametos LTD, a strategic solutions company, where she managed international projects and ran the Tel Aviv office.
She previously held analyst and executive assistant roles at Sapio Research and Development, a market research consultancy, and served as Executive Assistant at Shilat Optronics, a defense technology company. Dafna holds a BA in Business Administration and the History of the Middle East from Ben-Gurion University, and an MA in Organizational Consulting from the College of Management. She also served as an Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force.
