Hyro builds plug-and-play conversational AI assistants that transform static website content into dynamic voice and chat experiences. By automatically ingesting and structuring existing information into a knowledge graph, Hyro enables users to interact with websites naturally and intuitively, driving higher engagement and conversions. Unlike other solutions, Hyro eliminates the need for complex integrations, playbooks or training data, offering a frictionless deployment and maintenance process. Founded by a technical team from Google Duplex, 8200 and Cornell Tech, Hyro’s mission is to become the default conversational AI layer for enterprises worldwide.

Why We Invested?

Customer service costs are rising, especially in healthcare where staff shortages are severe. Hyro offers a true plug-and-play conversational AI solution, enabling hospitals to deploy AI assistants without months of integration. We saw this as the perfect entry point into a massive, underserved market with urgent demand. Just as important, the founding team had lived this problem: Israel Krush built enterprise-grade AI systems at Intel and Zeekit (acquired by Walmart), Rom Cohen scaled cloud orchestration at Turbonomic (acquired by IBM), and Uri Valevski brought experience from Google. Their combined backgrounds in enterprise AI and consumer-scale products made them uniquely qualified to build the “plug-and-play AI assistant” for healthcare.
