Vet care in the UK is excellent when accessible, but too often it isn’t. Long wait times, opaque pricing, poor working conditions, and fragmented service leave both pet owners and vet professionals underserved. Creature Comforts is changing this with a model designed for both customers and clinicians: bright, well-designed clinics, fair compensation for staff, transparent pricing, and a membership approach that fosters continuity of care and community. The founders bring deep domain insight: Russell Welsh built Village Vet into a leading practice group, and Daniel Attia is a serial consumer entrepreneur and pet owner whose own challenges accessing care became a catalyst for change.
