Nativ is a Senior Associate at Hanaco Ventures, based in Herzliya. He brings over 15 years of strategic expertise from his service in the IDF’s Intelligence Directorate, where he advised top military leadership (including the ‘Ramatkal’) and played key roles in high-stakes negotiations.
Known for solving complex problems, analyzing vast datasets, and managing high-stakes risks, Nativ now applies his analytical acumen at Hanaco to identify and support innovative startups.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Middle Eastern History from Haifa University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. An alum of the prestigious “Havatzalot” Intelligence Corps Excellence Program, he has been recognized with multiple honors for his contributions and creative problem-solving.
