Meital is based in the Tel-Aviv office and is responsible for managing all the Fund’s accounting and tax aspects, including preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements, tax returns, ad hoc investor reports, and ongoing financial matters.
Before joining Hanaco, Meital served as audit director at Deloitte Israel, serving and consulting companies in the High-tech sector. Managed the audit process of the annual and quarterly reports for private and public companies in compliance with IFRS, IL, and US GAAP, prepared and audited tax reports, accompanied companies in IPO processes, and engaged in accompanying companies in due diligence processes.
Meital is a CPA (Isr.) and holds a B.A in Business Administration (majoring in
accounting) from the College of Management.
Meital, her husband, and their four children live in Holon, Israel.
