Itai Hoffman is Vice President at Hanaco Ventures. Based in the Tel Aviv office, Itai helps manage the fund’s investments, including due diligence on prospective investments, generating deal flow and supporting portfolio growth through customer introductions and recruiting.
Prior to joining Hanaco, Itai came from the world of consulting, his most recent position being a Consultant at Shaldor Strategy Consulting. This involved using methodological and analytical thinking to creatively solve top firms’ strategic issues. Before joining Shaldor Itai worked as a Business Analyst for Accenture and the Central Bank of Israel.
Itai graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem Cum Laude, with a BA from the PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) program. He served as a Captain in an elite combat unit in the IDF.
Itai, his wife and three children live in Ra’anana, Israel.
