Michal Beinisch

Michal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Grain, a fintech company helping platforms and marketplaces eliminate foreign exchange risk through embedded cross-currency management. Before founding Grain, she spent 15 years in the financial sector, serving as Global Head of Barclays FinTech Platform and COO of Barclays Israel. Drawing on her deep experience in global finance and innovation, Michal is leading Grain’s mission to make cross-border transactions seamless, transparent, and automated.
