Gilles Gade

Gilles is the Founder, President, and CEO of Cross River, an innovation-driven, state-chartered bank and technology infrastructure provider powering modern financial services. Since founding the company in 2008, he has guided its growth at the intersection of banking and fintech. Previously, Gilles held senior roles at First Meridian Mortgage, Chela Technology Partners, Citicorp Venture Capital, Bear Stearns, and Barclays Capital. He holds an MSc in International Management from the MBA Institute (Groupe IPESUP) in Paris and serves on multiple nonprofit boards, also volunteering as a paramedic with MADA in Israel and Hatzalah in New York.
