Why we invested?

The major cloud providers were all designed for enterprises, leaving developers and startups underserved with tools that were too complex and costly. DigitalOcean filled that gap with simple, elegant infrastructure and transparent pricing that developers actually love. Founders Ben and Moisey Uretsky had already built ServerStack, giving them firsthand insight into developer pain points and the credibility to win this market.
